The customer complaints may be transferred also by phone numbers mentioned above, as well as by fax: (37410)  70 70 09 and e-mail: info@globalcredit.am, or the customers may submit them personally to the office of “GLOBAL CREDIT” UCO CJSC at: 2 Sasna Tzrer. Yerevan.

It is worth mentioning that any individual customer of "Global Credit" UCO CJSC is free to present his/her complaints to the Financial System Mediator.

We would like to inform also, that "Global Credit" UCO CJSC has waived its right to object the decisions of the Financial System Mediator. That means that is "Global Credit" UCO CJSC has agreed not to object the decisions of Financial System Mediator in the court.

Any entity is has right to receive the information about "Global Credit" UCO CJSC according to the 14 of RA Law on "Credit Companies". In case if the information is provided in a hard copy the price for copying will be charged. The information will be furnished to you in 3 working days after receipt of your application at the Company’s office.
