Starting from December 05, 2016 nominal coupon bonds (ISIN- AMGLBLB24ER9, exchange ticker GLBLB4) issued by "GLOBAL CREDIT" UCO CJSC will be admitted to trading on Cbond free market, as well as permitted to manual and repo transactions.

Debtors can now make their regular payments at Idram branches, on www.idram.am, via Idram Mobile Wallet and Idram terminals. 

According to the decision of  extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 08.09.2016 Company's authorised capital has been replenished for 500.000.000 AMD.
